The brain behind the Organic Falafel Stand is Takoma Park resident of 23 years Yaron Semititsky. Yaron has been serving health foods throughout the Washington, DC area for over 18 years through his company The Olive Tree Inc. Notable clients include the Takoma Park/Silver Spring Co-Op and My Organic Market in Rockville and College Park. Yaron moved to Washington, DC in 1985 from Israel. Soon after arriving, Yaron realized a serious lack of healthy and great tasting food. Yaron’s specialty is making great organic hummus, but over the years he has perfected the art of making great healthy sandwiches and Falafel.
